Important information for 2025
You and any covered dependents will receive new member ID cards for 2025. The new ID cards will have a completely new and unique member ID number for each covered member. Starting January 1, 2025, please destroy your old ID card(s) and begin using the new one(s) when you visit a provider for care.

  • November 1, 2024: Open Enrollment begins
  • November 30, 2024: Last day to enroll to ensure your bill for your January premium is accurate and you receive your new ID card by January 1
  • December 15, 2024: Last day to enroll for access to your digital ID card by January 1
  • December 31, 2024: Last day to enroll for coverage that starts January 1, 2025
  • January 31, 2025: Last day to enroll for 2025 coverage that starts February 1, 2025
