Quartet

We know finding the right mental health care can be hard. That’s why we’ve partnered with Quartet, a way for our members to connect to the care that’s right for them. Many common experiences can be better managed with mental health care. This includes everyday stress, anxiety, trouble sleeping, or feeling hopeless and sad for a long time. Whether it’s therapy, psychiatry, or another care option, Quartet can match members to mental health care that fits their needs and preferences and is covered by their plan. Teladoc Mental Health Care

Members have convenient, confidential access to trusted professionals who can help them manage stress, anxiety, grief, depression, and more. Teladoc offers virtual visits by phone or video with board-certified psychiatrists, psychologists, and therapists. Members can access Teladoc by calling 1-800-835-2362, visiting teladochealth.com, or using the Teladoc app.

Mental Health Coaching by Teladoc Health

Members can strengthen their emotional well-being using the self-guided digital content from Mental Health Coaching by Teladoc Health, no matter where they are in their mental health journey. Mental Health Coaching offers personalized, evidence-based programs and dedicated support for a wide range of topics, including stress, depression, chronic pain, work-life balance, substance use, and anxiety. Members can access this digital resource 24/7 via teladochealth.com or through the Teladoc mobile app.
